shocks?

i recently lowered my truck 3" and need new shocks

i do not know much about how to order shocks for a lowered suspension, so if anyone has lowered their trucks and know what i should get a little help could go a long way

is there a site that will tell me what length i need to get or do i need to measure and order shocks accordingly
