Replacing body mounts

Anybody have any good suggestions or tips for replacing body mounts on a Blazer? Mine are all shot and I'm getting some Energy polys to replace them.
Any one have any good tips for doing this. I was just going to jack up one side of body at a time using 2x4"s and replace all the bushings one side at a time.

Can I slide in a washer or two on the bolt for a slight body lift as well?

Thanks
