'85 to '70 interchange

I know that this has been done before, but I need to ask again.
I have disc brakes (rotors, calipers) from an '85 C10. I want to put them on my '70 C10 without using the custom tie rod adaptor.
Can I use the centerlink, inner and outers from the '85? What other parts will I need from the '85. I still plan on using the control arms from the '70 since they are like new.
