About to Yank the 6 and have some questions..?

I am replacing a 250 with 3 on the three with a 350 out of a 95 Chevy. The motor has been completely rebuilt and has a Performer intake a Holley 600 Carb. Here goes goes my questions.

1) i want to keep the three speed on the column, do I need to pull it out at the same time as the motor to make it easier?

2) Will I need motor mounts for the 350?

3) Will my starter and alternator off the L6 work?

4) Do I need to run new wires to accomidate the newer engine?

5) Will the 350 button directly up with the Three Speed

..... any tips or feedback?
