Value of 1972 c10 Super Cheyeene in Ks

I am an insurance adjuster (yeh, yeh, no wisecracks) and need some assistance from fellow members, especially in the midwest. I looked at a 1972 Cheyenne Super lb, a/c (not working), tilt, was 402, now .030 350, over 100k mi, rebuilt trans, interior redone, body showing signs of age- rockers, cab corners, bedsides lower and around wheel openings, paint is checking and is two tone green and white(I need help sending pics if anyone wants to see them). Some kids threw fireworks into it on the 4th and it is now a crispy unit. I have to settle this with a customer and I need all the help you guys can give. Please email me at strausc2@nationwide.com with your comments.
