gas tank

hi

have a problem filling tank--will only take gas with pump running very slow



put a suburban tank [67/72] poly in rear of truck---it had a 1 1/4
od intake--ran pvc pipe the rest of way to boatfill in side of step fender--have 2 vent pipes

any help
