Electric Fan and Speedo Help.

Well I got 700 miles on the truck this weekend. I have a few small problems.

The speedo needle bounces. under 60 MPH Why ? Cable or speedo ?

3:73 /700R in 4th and 3000 RPMs - what speed ? I was around 70 MPH is that right ?

My eletrice(sp) fan comes on at 185 off 170. It's a painless kit. The truck runs right on 180. But the fan comes on and never trurns off cause it cant get down to 170. I have a 160 stat. 4 core rad new pump. Should I change the switch to a 195 on 180 off ? Can I get it ? I just dont think the fan should be running whne I am on the highway. I would rather it run at 195 with the fan off. It is a brand new everything. Motor tranny diff. Could it be just a bit tight ? It was also like 34C today.

Any Ideas ?

I think thats all thanks for any help.
