Drop Spindle Updrade
I have a 1971 frame with stock disc front suspension. I have been researching different vendors for 2.5" drop spindles and this is what I find. There are drop spindles that will lower and allow you to keep the stock upper ball joints and outer tie rod ends. Then there are the drop spindles that lower and upgrade the upper ball joints and outer tie rod ends to 73-87.
*What is your preference? *Are there any problems with the upgraded drop spindles? *Is there more that I should know? *What parts would you recommend replacing when installing the drop spindles?
