Well it is not
bare metal any more. I finished stripping the bed sides for the 70 and got it painted with some Eastwood Rust Encapsulater for now. First time using a paint gun since 1983. Boy did I forget a lot of stuff about painting, but I made some progress anyhow. Least I won't have to worry about the metal tarnishing or rusting out on me as I finish other things up.
Next to finish cleaning and do the step fenders and front fenders. Some day the pieces will go back on  Someday.
