If you have to ask what this is, you probably do not need it.
Turns freely, shifts in/out. Has forward, neutral, and reverse. Arrow Gear Co. Model # SHC7 2B s/n 3070114 $100 and ride --if you are not pleased with it, you return it with the ride and I will refund the $100. About 30 to 35 lbs to zip 75022.
