Vibration/grinding after lift.

I did not perform the transfer case drop and I think I might need to lengthen the driveshaft. At highway speeds it vibrates like hell.
On another note it started leaking oil like a sieve and if I make a right turn at speed it leaves a trail of smoke.
I am so dropping in another motor(or at least yanking this one.). I tire of working on crap while still on the rig.
Thoughts? Suggestions for rebuilt motors in the Norcal area?
ball park price would be cool as well.
