72 StepSide frame damage???

I found a 1972 Cheyenne 10 SSS and it has its flaws but the one I am concerned with is the possible frame damage. I was at the rear of the truck (no tailgate) and looked down to see the bed was not square with the passenger side leading by 3-4". Looked at the back of the cab and noticed the bed had been pushed into the cab on both sides though more damage on the passenger side. Crawled onder the truck but could not see any visible frame damage but I have never seen one of these frames damaged. Your thoughts and experiences? Thanks.
