What's this Blazer worth?

What do you guys think I should offer for this Blazer. Specs (According to Owner):
383 stroker built by Mark's Performance in Phoenix, AZ (750 Carter/ single plane intake/ 246 deg crane cam 556 int. & 556 exh. ~ 470 hp)
-jet hot coated hooker super comp headers
-3 " dyno max exhaust (extra set of custom made header mufflers go with it)
-hurst line lock
-4 whl disc by stainless steel brakes
-full auto meter phantom gauges
-t-56 6-spd from z-28 camaro
-centerforce dual friction clutch
-centerforce balance flywheel
-C5 corvette master cylinder & booster(big $)
-currently running elec. holley blue pump & regulator - & moroso elec. water pump (have brand new gm mechanical water pump and brand new holley mech. fuel pump that will go with it)
-elec. black magic fan
-hi amp alternator
-trunk mounted battery box
-custom hurst shifter and 6-spd knob
-dome light intergrated into roll bar/cage - 6 pt. roll bar/cage is welded to frame
-paint = GM color 7172
-original 12 bolt rear w/ 4.10 w/ Powertrax unit (big $)
-new 17x8 Amer. Racing Torq Thrust II's with 275/55/17 all around (set of 28" BFG DRAG RADIALS ON 15X8 CRAGARS GO WITH IT)
-grey rhino lining on bed - could use another coat or scrubbing
-grey buckets
-Sony am/fm w/ cassette with amp and kick panel speakers (good enough sound on the highway)
-polyurethane (PROTHANE - special order) motor/tranny mounts
-heavy duty sway bars and new poly. mounts on the rear.
-billet grille and clear marker lights
