I need another Barley Pop

Gauge size - 2 1/16" or 2 5/8"
Whats' the best size to fit our bezels? Just getting ready to order new Autometers and it seems like the 2 1/16" would fit better behind the bezel. Or does the 2 5/8" work well without loosing much of the view of the face of the gauge.
