Engine ID ????

Previous owner preformed an engine swap in my '67 C10, now trying to identify and determine if it's a desireable block to rebuild, (not into mega HP, more into dependability).

Here's what I have---
Engine Casting: 3970010
Engine Date: J 30 8 (may be a 6, sure looks like an 8)
Casting #: V1104TYZ
Blk Vin: T7F711781

The intake and exhaust manifolds appear to have been switched out, retains the original 2V Rochester.

If it happens to be a 350, is it possible to determine if it's a 2 bolt or 4 bolt without pulling the pan?

Is it worth searching for a 350 block with the "010" and "020" stamped behind the timing chain cover?

Thoughts on going with/rebuilding a 283 ?

Thanks in advance for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
