motor mounts

all,
i am in the process installing my engine. i bought mounts from autozone (i know they are cheap) anyways i tried to put the bolt in the middle that goes to the frame, the bolt threads all the way in, but the bolt feels loose inside the mount itself even threaded all the way down is this normal?? i was wondering if anyone can tell me how their engine mounting went & give me some insight on how exactly how the bolt goes into the mount and then to the frame mount??
