Bad vibes help needed

I have a vibration at freeway speed (65-85 mph). Since I have had the problem I have done the following things to fix it:
I had the tires/wheels rebalanced.
I changed the bakes drums and rotors.
I had the driveshaft rebalanced.
I have pulled my hair out.
WTF

The vibration feels like it is in the back. The engine runs smoothly and I don’t think it is in the tranny. I can put it in neutral or first gear and match the RPMs to my RPMS at freeway speeds and I do not have the vibration.

I am not sure what to do next. Any Ideas?I think I have narrowed the problem down to the rearend. I think its either the differential or the axels.
How much should I pay for a used rearend if I decide to replace it? What years will fit with out any mods. Can I use one out of a 4x4?

My truck is a ’81 2wd swb with a th350 tranny and 3.08 gears.
