is it a good price
well i have been lookin for a 94-96 caprice, preferably a 9c1, but i found another 73-87 actually a 1983 shortbed,it has new tires and brakes, it is tagged, it needs very little body work, it has headers and flowmaster mufflers, it needs new brake lines on the front, he has a used set to go with ( if i buy it i will buy new), also it has a rebuilt 350 with a 292 comp cam, it had a/c but there is no compressor on it, he has one off of a car that he is pretty sure will work on it,how much should i offer for it, no i can't get pics right now
he also has a 79 shortbed gmc with an 83 front clip needs work, it has a 350 crate motor with approximately 15-20k miles on it , it has electric locks, a 400 tranny needs bodywork and a windshield he wants $650 for it like i said how much shoud i offer him for the first one if it is to my liking
