Converting to 4x4

Ok I have a 70 half ton long bed that I am thinking of converting to 4x4.

So can I just get a solid axle from any 67-87 chevy 4x4?

Can I also just get a rear axle off any 67-87 4x4 and just bolt in the leaf springs and perchise (i have coils now)

And will I need to get a different trans crossmeber or anything?

And will I need to do something to my cab floor? ( its an automatic 2wd now)?

And I have some full lenght hedmen hedders. Will those still work?
