Thumbs down Rigga, fratta, son of a....hole in gas tank

Been running down a hesitate problem w/my toy. Found a hole in the gas tank, bout 2/3's down. Not leaking much but it is leaking. Its been patched (looks like jbweld) and is rusty. How the 7734 do ya get a hole in the tank inside the cab?!? Don't really wanna spend the $$$ on a new tank. Any ideas???
Thanks.....don t. .....
