Help Please other HEI problems

so ive got a 70 c20 (camper special not really important)
and im in the process of rebuilding it
Got an HEI Dizz for it and then confusion
the diagrams tell me to bypass the ballast resistor i never had one
well ummm theres a problem it tells me to run bat+ on the coil to the "I or i" terminal on the starter soliniod i dont have a third terminal on that
just the main line in and the switch terminal
the second problem is in my head power to the coil is provided by the starter??? where is the key in this circuit??? i know i would be able to start the engine but with out the fuse box in the circuit i wont be able to shut it off?
so to recap wheres my third terminal?
Is this going to work? will i be able to shut it off without a bat kill switch?
