Another Texan

I've posted a couple times but haven't had any pics until now. I wish I had some "before" pics but don't have my scanner hooked up yet.

This has been a 5-6 year project that was started and I worked like crazy until I found how badly the cab was rusted - the A pillars behind the lower kick panels were rusted away along with half of the cowl, firewall, etc. I gave up on it for about 1.5-2 years because of the rust. Finally I decieded to just fix it and move on.

Everything but the hood and bed has been painted Hot Rod Black (not primer but not high gloss either). I am gathering parts and am starting to put together whenever time allows. The pics are a little dark and will try to post better ones in the future.

Plan/Look of the truck is to be my daily driver/shop truck/hot rod - 4/6 drop, front disc, rear gas tank, SBC, 700R4, tilt wheel, A/C (Vintage Air), Halibrand wheels - nothing fancy or too trick but not stock either.
