What's missing in my bed?
Just got done taking out that crappy tin bed that they put in down at the school for me. I was planning on going to a fabrication shop here in town tomorrow and a buddy of mine was going to cut me a piece of steel.
The problem that I see is all of my cross supports are gone but one. Am I right to think that there are 5 total on a stepside. I don't care to have them original or not, but I don't want the new steel to not have support. I thought about cutting some angled steel or putting some squared tubing across for support. Any ideas or comments?
