3/4 leaf springs

I noticed my '69 suburban is leaning to the side a good deal. I noticed the right side front leaf is a little flat compared to the driver side LS. Now i did a little searching in the forum and from what i understand is that 69-72 years are narrower than earlier years. My question is are suburban leafs the same length as truck leafs?
If so it would make my search a little more broad and easier. thanks guys.
