Duh, No wonder...lol

Well, I adjusted the valves today. That ticking noise was really getting to me. I did it the messy way (engine running).

Anyway, I thought I'd take it down the street and back to see how it was running after I finished the ajustment. I floored it and it just did not seem to want to get up to speed. I turned around and came back..same thing.

I pulled back into the garage, shut it off, and went to put the parking brake on....

It was still on from before. released the parking brake and took it back down the street...much better....
