well i am now in the process of trying to put on the radi. core support to the frame. i bought the energy susp. kit for my truck & the body bushings worked great. i am not having such great luck with the radi core support though.

the bushings don't seem to fit snug in the hole of the frame mount. the "flange" of the bushings are smaller then the whole in the frame, by about a good 3/4". the wholes in the frame measure the same dia. of 1-11/16" give or take. so i am wondering if anyone here has replaced their bushings there & what their fit was like?

i called energy suspension & i have the correct bushings to them, but they could not answer how the bushings fit within the frame hole. i am under the impression that the "lip" of the bushing should fit snug in the frame hole. if not then wouldn't the radi. core support want to move around within the whole of the frame????

if you guys have any good pics of how your front radi support is mounted to the frame that would be a good help as well. the truck is a '72 chevy 1/2 ton 2wd short box.
thanks for the help in advance!!!
