coil spring air bags

has anyone tried this type of air bag (spring)? air ride makes these to fit inside a front or rear coil spring. I have 4 inch dropped coils on the rear with 1 1/2 inch lowering blocks. not planning on doing any hardcore towing, just thought this might be a simple way to keep the back end of the burb from dragging if I want to tote a trailer or put a load in the back. just add air for towing occasions and run the bags at empty or minimum pressure for everyday driving. just looking for anyone's personal experiences with these. thanks, steve
