Got more numbers, would like some more help - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Ok guys here is the number i found above the Timing gear cover. It had V0310CKH and then right over top of those numbers it had stamped 17R452159. I dont know why they stamped the numbers right over top of each other makes it incredibly hard to read. Hopefully got all the numbers right. The numbers on the back of the block are 3970010.
