dash pad?????

okay my truck originally had the tan and tan paint and interior. someone redid the interior in black and grey as well as the the body in black. they used a cheap as sh*t dash pad so now i am in need of a new one. first ? is should i go with a black or grey one?? i am thinking grey but am not sure. also my belts are realy a deth trap. they don't work and the one on the passanger side is out of a newer truck but the buckle is stock so it doesn't stay clipped. should i go black or grey on the belts?? also how hard are they to get out? also could i run lap belts?? Thanks alot i know it is all opion but i thought i would throw this couple of ? out there thanks here are too pics. also the door panals are covered in a grey fuzzy material that i like so it stays.

you can see how the seat is tan. also in the two speaker shots you can see how on the drivers side it has the sholder strap but since the passanger side has not original it doesn't.
