I understand that you can't cut tempered glass, but I know of a local glass company that has cut tempered glass that is used for Tabletops. I never got around to asking them how they did it. Maybe they annealed it first or ??? When they finished, it also had soft edges. My thinking (if tempered glass can be cut/shaped) is to make a fiberglass mold of the door glass shape and contour, then see if door glass from an existing vehicle (like the 90s Chevy trucks) matches the contour. Then cut/shape to match.
...probably a long shot.
