Son's accident photos & repair plan

I finally got to tear into my pickup today to see the extent of the damage from my son's run-in with a local concrete barrier. It was a bit worse than I thought, primarily due to existing rust damage complicating the repair.
  • The bumper and all supports are junk - no surprise
  • The frame horn on the right side is mangled.
  • RH fender and wheelwell are junk - no surprise

The hard part is that the radiator core support also looks like junk. I thought I might be able to pound it out but it's completely rusted away where the fenderwell mounts onto it on both sides.

So, the plan at this point is:
  • RH fender and wheelwell from the parts truck
  • New Goodmark core support

The last piece that I'm struggling with is the fender horn...anyone have a mashed frame that they could torch this piece off for me? I figure a Smart Guy could cut and weld this on, since it's not structural.

Very interested in suggestions/feedback from the board!
