Question Identifying P.T.O. housing set up

I have a 76' 3/4 ton automatic GMC long bed with full time 4wd as a donar vehicle. Iam putting the drivetrain into my 88' 1/2 superban. I plan on running a 78' 454 engine with a 99' multiport efi set up. and using the original 700R4 which has been rebuilt
My question is, what is the housing (w/pto option) that is behind the TH350 and in front of the transfer case; np205 (I think)? It looks all oem set up. I have asked several people in my area but nobody knows what it is or they say they have never seen anything like it. I would like to find out what is and its proper name, so as to find a adapator for the 700R4.
I would like to find a P.T.O. for it, and use that as my rear winch set up.
Whats do the letters P.T.O. mean, I know its a device that tranfers mechical power to a pump for a hydraulic system.
