problem with a board member

back on the 28th of august i agreed to purchase a "part" from a fellow board member. he was supposed to get me a shipping cost so i could send payment but so far all i have gotten is excuses. a few days ago i went to his original post and asked again for a shipping cost, that way it moved the post back to the top-- he deleted the entire post. most of his excuses are pretty lame--i forgot, i don't have a box big enough,etc. if he doesn't come through with something soon i'll post his user name so nobody else will have to deal with his lack of common courtesy.
when i agree to sell something i always send a shipping cost asap. i purchased the identical "part" from sakohntr the same day and it will be arriving in the next day or two, sakohntr (bruce) is obviously a man of his word.
what would you all do in this situation, post his user name or forget about it ??????
