Question How can I tell right from left A-arm?

I recently discoved that one of the a-arms I removed from my truck was tweaked. What I can't figure out is if it's that passenger side or drivers side. Also, which of those is right from left (seems to me it depends on where you look at it from). Can anyone help? Thanks.
