LTB - with questions :-) What is a 8H hole?

Hi again,
My pickup is a 72 4x4. I'm looking for new steel wheels that can fit on 9/16" studs. I'd like to keep it as close to stock as possible, but I really want safety beads on my wheels. I carry around a 2300lb camper sometimes, and I don't want a low tire to ruin my day/night/truck. I'm thinking of going with 16x7s, to put 265/75/16's on them. Except the load rating I've been able to find on Off Road All Terrains are D, which I'm really thinking I want E.

Ford's accuride wheels seem pretty good, but I don't know if my hub-caps would fit. They have a 8H hole, and a 6.5" center hole. I'm not sure if they are the ones appropriate for my application.

My current wheels have bolt holes that are pretty small. When you torque down the lug nut it pinches the very end of the bevel, and malforms the nut itself. Yuck! I have the stock steelies, but no saftey bead so they are garbage (to me).

Please advise.
