Cab bushings

How hard are the cab bushings to replace? DOnt you just pull the bolts out, block the cab up, yank the bushings out, and put new ones in, and then put the bolts back in?

Also, would you use poly bushings or original-styled rubber ones? I put poly tranny mounts on my dune buggy and it seemed to be soft rugged stuff. What would you choose??
