rubber cab and radiator mounts

Seems like this is a pretty popular topic, but i was wondering if any on has a detailed drawing or pic to show the order on the wasers rubberframe hangersand also what the radiator mounts look like i have some new ones but didnt come with any instructions or pics oh yeah for 67 2wd 1/2 ton. the main rubber bushing i have there is a metal bushing that sticks out about an 1/8 is that the top or bottom? any help would be appreciated Ron
