Front crossmember...

Like an idiot, when i removed the front crossmember off my frame i tossed the bolts (they were junk anyway). Now its time to go back on and i would like to know what size the bolts were, leingth and width. Obviously i will be useing grade 8 hardware and this brings me to the next question, would it be smart to put lock tite on the threads or no, and also how much should torque them to?

thanks in advance
