Need Help ID'ing Gauge Cluster Parts
I'm doing some clean-up of my various gauge clusters.
My cluster in question has the 'speed warning' option. On the back of the speedo it has a short wire that connects to a small stud on the tin housing. Is this for the buzzer part of the speed warning option? Can this stud be removed from one housing & transferred to another? I want to try & take it off but so far it's not budging & I'm fearful that I'll break it if I use too much persuasion. Also, what can I use for thorough cleaning of the gauge faces w/o harming the lines? Any guidance from those who've restored these things would be very helpful.
