A little wiring help - 1972 core support

I'm putting my front clip back together and having a few challenges; I wish I had taken more pictures

The wiring harness for the headlights, turn signals, etc. passes from the headlight relay on the driver's side, under the radiator top mounts and comes out with two wires terminated with eyelets on the passenger side. Do both of those wires go to the terminal block on the passenger side fender, connected to the extra positive lead directly from the battery?

The extra lead from the negative side of the battery looks like it just connects directly to the fender with a star washer and screw.

Sorry if I'm not being specific enough - I'm digging through the assembly manual to see if I can sort this out but I'd sure appreciate some help from the board if this is an easy question. I'm a complete moron when it comes to wiring

THANKS!
