The old "Headers on my '67" question

I know this has been covered b4 but I can't find it. I'm tryin' to put Hedman long tube headers on my '67 standard 3 on-the-tree pickup. Just put the rebuilt engine back in and bolted it down. Cannot come from the top on either side. Should I lift the engine back out 1/2 way and try or should I jack it up and come from the bottom?

Can someone supply some pics?

Don't wanna put my ramhorn manifolds back on.
