Ideas on my exhaust placement

When I get the 454 in, I am going to rework my exhaust. I've got Dynomax headers and 2 1/2" Dynomax Ultra Flow mufflers. I will use 2 1/2" exhuast pipes with an h-pipe.

I don't like the present placement of the exhaust tip, asthestically and because it is not very protected.

I'd like some suggestions on different placement.
This truck is not a daily driver and I don't mind if it is loud. I don't want it like it is now, cause sooner or later I'm gonna back or drive over something and bend it.

Here's how the present setup exits the truck.
