Motor mounts question?

As some of you know I'm in process of a 6.0 swap in to my 68 and I'am running into a few problems "Very common" anyway here it is I bought the motor mount kit and the mounts that I recieved are differrent then the ones I had these are the same except they have like a pin hole am I missing something here is the link to pics of what I got http://www.classicperform.com/Store/...cks/CPLS1K.htm the ones I had didn't have those pin holes instead It had a bolt hole in the bottom.
