89 suburban overhead console
I got a probably a really dumb question , I was given the above console for my 72 burb project and im trying to figure out what the 2 compartments are for , 1 compartment has a elastic string hanging and nothing else in there and the other compartment has a small velcro belt type thing and nothing else in there . what were these compartments designed/intended for
