87 LWB Drivers bed side dual tank in NC

I have a drivers side dual tank off of a 87 LWB. Has one small, about a dime rust thru by the lower front of the outer side wheel arch. Does have surface rust on the outside, see pix,and 3 minor scapes.
Inside part is in good shape.
The welds were removed properly so no reattachment problems.
