Arrow How to mount 68/69 hooks on a Blazer?

Have any of you done it ,or have any words of wisdom? I'm thinking i may have issues with hitting the front springs i've heard? I also understand i may have to trim the bumper a bit??? I assume i'll be drilling holes for them, thats no problem..

i guess my biggest concern is them hitting the springs if i want them to be mounted "properly" ...?!?!

thanks!
