got it home..69 1 ton

Had this brought to my house yesterday. A couple of questions for the 1 ton people. Has the side tank, is that a factory item? On the frame behind the cab, there's a steel spacer on the frame to make the flatbed even, factory part? Where's the # on the rearend to get type and ratio? This truck has a 292 and a auto. Haven't decided on whether to make it a runner or part it out yet. I'm having a problem freeing up the front wheels, they've froze up and won't roll, even we when pulled this on to a flatbed with a winch. thanks.
