Question Eaton dually Question

The 1ton Eaton dually axles are HO-110's correct? Ok, they have the pinion load bolt sticking out the front drivers side of the diff case just like the HO-72's used in 3/4 tons. My question is can you swap a HO-72 center for a HO-110 center? Are the axle shafts the same 19 coarse spline shafts?
