They saved my butt. I had to buy a new slip yoke for my TH400 from them a couple of months ago to replace my torn-up one, and didn't get a chance to get it in until last Friday. The new one is for a different short tailhousing (bigger seal) than my old transmission (smaller seal), but it fits the newly rebuilt one transmission, and I didn't want to use my old crappy tail housing. The catch is I have the same driveline setup, so I didn't know if the new yoke would work since it was longer than my old one.

When slipping in the driveline with the new slipyoke the yoke was TOO LONG! I thought I was screwed since the weekend was comming, but with a phone call no questions asked they turned the yoke in their shop and shortened it for free by 1/2" (the same length as my old one). It went right in with no problems. They even welded up my center support bearing while they were at it.
