I just pickedup a '72 Blazer 2wd and I'm confused with the VIN number on the VIN plate. There seems to be an extra leading "C" in the number "CCE182F175076" Can anyone explain to me why there would be an extra C that isn't recognized in the VIN decoding program at americanclassic.com? BTW, I will probably be selling this 2wd blazer. I'll put a post in the for sale section in a few days.
